Red state. It's barbecue the way you want it to be... Good! Our Apple bourbon sauce came out of a collaboration with our good friends at evans orchard in Georgetown, KY. Jenny Evans asked us to come up with an apple bourbon pulled pork for them to sell at the orchard and so that's what we did. Come to find out even our own customers really like it too.
