Cook Instructions: Oven 10 min: Keep Frozen until ready to use. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Open the tray cover and empty the tray into an oven-safe pan. Cover pan with foil placed pan in Cooked for 8-10 min to reach 165 degrees F or until the product is Cooked thoroughly to an internal temperature 165 degrees F a measured by a food thermometer. It is hot. Microwave 5 min: Keep Frozen until ready to use. Do not remove seal film before cooking. Cook on High for 4-5 minutes The film may balloon slightly. Let stand 1-2 minutes. Carefully remove the film, stir gently. Check the product is cooked thoroughly to an internal temperature 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. It is hot.
