Cooking directions for Chana Masala Curry: serves 8-10. (Low Sodium Curry Sauce, add salt to taste). Stove top: Mix 12oz sauce with 2 lb cooked or canned garbanzo beans, 2oz water (as needed), add salt to taste. Simmer on stovetop until cooked/gravy thickens. Makes about 3lb authentic Chana Masala dish. Serving suggestions: Garnish with fresh, chopped cilantro, sliced tomato and serve hot with rice, naan, bread, pasta, noodles and Kerala Curry chutneys. Concentrate; use 2-3 lb Garbanzo beans for 12oz sauce. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
