To fix tears or minor cosmetic repairs using flex tape: 1. Locate the tear or repair. 2. Using a clean cloth, remove any oil, dirt or grime from the surface. 3. Just peel, stick and seal! Place the adhesive side of the flex tape directly on the tear or repair. 4. Press down firmly to remove any creases, folds or air bubbles. you can use squeegee or a roller to help smooth it out. The secret is to apply constant pressure for a period of time. Flex tape is specially formulated with a thick, flexible, rubberized backing that conforms to any shape or object. Placing a piece of wood or hard. Surface on the exterior will help apply pressure. Flex tape will create a super strong layer of protection. Apply liberally to one surface and join the parts together. 5. Apply firm pressure for 10-30 seconds or longer while the instant grab takes hold. 6. Replace cap on tube to help prevent drying. 7. Store in a cool, dry place. Flex glue cures in 24-48 hours and reaches maximum strength in 7 days.
