Recommended Use: Adults and teens up to 120 lbs., take 1 capsule 2 or 3 times per day; over 120 lbs., take 2 capsules 2 or 3 times per day; or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed 2 capsules at any one time. About Taking Herbs: Many herbs are more effective with consistent and repeated use. Follow the recommended dose for 3 to 5 days for best results.
