Cooking Instructions: Stove: Place plantains into a pan with oil at 350 degrees F and deep fry for about 3 minutes. Microwave: Place plantains into a microwave safe tray. Set microwave at a high setting for 3 to 4 minutes until plantains are hot. Microwave settings may vary. Heating time may be different and may require adjustments. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place plantains onto baking sheet for 5 minutes or cook until plantains are golden. Keep frozen.
