To Replace the Water Filter: 1. Lift the water reservoir lid. Remove the filter holder by grasping the intended areas with your fingers. Open holder and discard used water filter. 3. Remove the new filter from the plastic bag and place it in the recessed area at the bottom of the water filter holder. 4. Close the water filter holder. 5. Put the water filter holder under cold running tap water for 10 seconds to flush. Drain the filter completely. Replace filter in coffeemaker, pushing all the way down to ensure a snug fit. We recommend changing the water filter every 60 days or 60 uses - more often if you have hard water.
