Directions
Use wherever you'd use regular shell eggs. Just shake before use & portion out as much as you need. 3 tbsp: medium egg equivalent; 1/4 cup: large egg equivalent. Shake well. Keep refrigerated. Store refrigerated at 33 degrees F-40 degrees F. Unused portions should be kept refrigerated and used within five days of opening. Do not freeze.
