Directions: Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Skin protection measures. With global warming and ozone depletion, spending time outdoors ages your skin and increases your risk of skin cancer. To decrease the risk, use a sunscreen with a broad spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher regularly, and also: Limit exposure to the sun between 10:00 am-2:00 pm.
