Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking instructions: Pressure Cooker [Preferred]: 1. Preheat pressure cooker for approximately 5 minutes using the sauté setting. 2. Place pork from package into the pot. 3. Sear the pork on all sides until golden brown. 4. Add 1/4 cup of water to the pot and scrape the pot around the pork. 5. Move pork to the center of pot and pour sauce directly over the pork. 6. Lock the lid in place and turn pressure release valve to sealing position. Set manual pressure cook to high setting for 50 minutes. 7. Once timer goes off, use quick pressure release to release all pressure before carefully opening lid. Remove the pork with a spoon, shred with forks if desired and serve with your favorite sides. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Remove pork from package and evenly arrange in an 8 inches x 8 inches oven safe baking dish. 3. Pour sauce directly over the pork. 4. Cover the dish with foil and cook the pork (Always ensure that pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees F for 3 minutes) for 2 hours. 5. After cooking, allow the pork to rest 5 minutes. 6. If desired, use forks to shred the pork and serve with your favorite side dish.
