Directions for Preparation: The only Pounded Yam that stays fresh for hours after preparation! 1. Put water into kettle and heat until it boils. 2. Put 1/2 cup of Pounded Yam in a pot. 3. Pour boiling water on top of Pounded Yam. 4. Stir Pounded Yam until it is smooth. 5. Add more water for softer Pounded Yam. 6. Serve Pounded Yam with your best soup.
