Using a digital thermometer, cook to internal temperature of 170 degrees F to ensure fully cooked chicken. Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in the refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Uncooked: For safety, product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 170 degrees F as measured by thermometer. Skillet: 1. Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. 2. Cook 8 minutes covered, remove lid and cook an additional 5 minutes uncovered. Stir occasionally. Cook until 170 degrees F minimum internal temperature is reached. Air Fryer: 1. Arrange frozen bites in a single layer in fryer basket. 2. Cook at 360 degrees F for 15 minutes until 170 degrees F minimum internal temperature is reached. Appliances vary. Cooking times approximate. Adjust accordingly to ensure internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F. Keep frozen. Tear to open.
