Cooking Instructions (For best results when breading or marinating Tyson individually frozen chicken, remove the protective ice glaze by holding under lukewarm running water for about 1 minute). Conventional oven: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degree F. 2. Bake frozen thighs 75 to 80 minutes or until internal temperature on instant read thermometer reaches 180 degree F. (Bake thawed thighs 45 to 50 minutes.) Grill: 1. Preheat grill to medium heat. 2. Grill frozen thighs, turning occasionally, until internal temperature on instant read thermometer reaches 180 degree F. Appliances vary. Cooking times approximate. Adjust accordingly to ensure internal temperature reaches 180 degrees F. Using a digital thermometer, cook to internal temperature of 180 degrees F to ensure fully cooked chicken. Keep frozen. Tear to open.
