Directions

Directions: In a large saucepan, boil 6 cups of water and the noodles. Boil approximately 8 minutes. Drain and set aside. Using the same pan, add 2 cups of shredded chicken or 1.5 lbs. of cooked ground beef, a jar of Texas Sweet Heat salsa, 1 cup of sour cream and the seasoning pack. Warm over medium heat until combined. Add the noodles and 1 cup of shredded cheese. Stir until cheese melts. Serve with tortilla chips and sour cream. You can also bake the dish at 350 (degrees F) degrees for 20 minutes, topped with chips and shredded cheese. You can garnish with sliced onions, diced tomatoes, sour cream jalapenos, tortilla chips.
