Instructions (Fig 1): 1. To activate flashing: Gently turn top section clockwise 1/4 turn. To Replace Batteries (Fig: 2): 1. Unscrew top section counter clockwise. 2. For each earring, replace 3 LR41 (1.5V) batteries with (+) positive side facing up. Replace all batteries at same time.
