Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking instructions: Grill: Spray grill rack with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat grill to 375 degree F. Cook each side for 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degree F. Skillet: Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat skillet for 2-3 minutes over medium heat. Cook each side for 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 5 more minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degree F. Oven: heat oven to 400 degree F. Place chicken thighs on a rack in baking dish. Bake uncovered tor 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 166 degree F. Keep refrigerated. May be frozen.
