Oven: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F, place patties on a foil lined baking sheet lightly sprayed with oil and cook, turning often, for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 degrees F. Grill: Pre-heat grill to medium heat. Add patties and cook, turning often, for 10-15 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 degrees F. Thaw product in refrigerator prior to cooking. Raw product, cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F before consuming. Just as fun without the bun: in a salad; over rice; tacos; over pasta; wraps. Previously handled frozen for your protection. Refreeze or keep refrigerated.
