Prep Time: 15 mins. Cook Time: 10 mins. 1 pkg. Simply Asia seasoning Mix 1 cup water. 1 tbsp. Less sodium soy sauce 2 tbsp. Oil, divided 1 lb. Boneless chicken thighs or breast, cut into 1-inch cubes 3 cups assorted cut-up vegetables 2 cups cooked Simply Asia Udon Noodles. 1. Whisk water, soy sauce and Seasoning Mix in small bowl. Set aside. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in same skillet. Add vegetables; stir-fry 3 minutes or until tender crisp. Return chicken to skillet. 3. Stir sauce mixture. Add to skillet. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Add noodles, tossing to mix. Stir-fry 1 minute or until sauce is slightly thickened. Makes 6 servings. Try with: Broccoli. Bell pepers. Carrots. Make it your way: Pork. Shrimp. Tofu. Skip the noodles and try over hot cooked rice!
