Cook thoroughly. Heat & Eat: Stovetop: 1. Add 1/2 cup of Alpha Crumble, 1 tablespoon water and 1 teaspoon water and 1 teaspoon vegetable oil to a covered non-stick skillet on medium heat for 5 minutes. 2. Remove cover, lower heat to low and stir. 3. Continue cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes or until lightly brown. Microwave (1100 Watts): 1. Place 1/2 cup of Alpha Crumble and 1/2 tablespoon water in microwave-safe dish and cover with microwave-safe lid. 2. Heat on high 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Microwaves and ovens vary. Heat to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Do not overcook. Keep frozen. Tear for tasty bites. Reseal when satisfied.
