Stove-Top Recipe: very lightly rinse the Thai jasmine rice and strain; add 1 part Thai jasmine rice to 1 1/2 parts water (1:1 1/2) to a non-stick sauce pot; bring to a boil, stir once, cover, then turn the heat down to the lowest possible setting. Cook for about 15-20 minutes; remove from heat and keep covered and let stand for 5 minutes further; serve hot with your favorite Blue Elephant recipe! Store in a cool, dry place. Reseal pack after opening.
