Directions

Prep time: 10 minutes. Cook time: 10 minutes. Makes 8 servings. You will need: 1 pkg McCormick Seasoning Mix. 2 tbsp oil, divided. 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts or boneless beef sirloin, cut into 1/2-inch strips. 1 medium onion, cut into thin strips. 1 medium bell pepper, cut into thin strips. 1/4 cup water. 8 flour tortillas (6-inch), warmed. Assorted toppings: shredded cheese, salsa, sour cream, guacamole or chopped tomatoes. Directions: 1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook and stir 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet. In same skillet, heat remaining 1 tbsp oil. Add onion and bell pepper; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes. Return meat to skillet. 2. Stir in water and seasoning mix. Cook and stir 3 minutes or until meat is cooked through. 3. Spoon into tortillas. Serve with desired toppings. Try this twist! Fajita Quesadillas: divide prepared fajita filling among 4 flour tortillas (8-inch) on baking sheet. Top each with 1/2 cup shredded cheese then with second tortilla. Bake in preheated 350 degrees F oven 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into wedges. Makes 8 servings.
