Directions

The famous cheese grits of mike weeks! You will need: 1 cup grits. 3 cups chicken broth. 1 tsp salt. 1 tbsp dried onion chips. 4 oz Havarti Cheese. 1/2 stick butter. Directions: 1. Combine chicken broth, salt, dried onion chips and butter into a pot and bring to a boil. 2. Add Southern City Flavors Grits. Stir and reduce heat to a low simmer. 3. Cook for 20 minutes stirring occasionally until thick and creamy. 4. Add Havarti Cheese. Stir until all the cheese is melted. 5. Best served hot! Best stored in cool dry area.
