Murry's Crinkle Cut French Fried Potatoes


 

Directions

Keep frozen. Broil/oven. 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. 2. Set oven to broil. 3. Place frozen potatoes on cookie sheet and place on top rack of oven. 4. Turn frequently until potatoes are the desired color (approx. 20-25 minutes), season and serve. Deep fry. 1. Preheat shortening in fryer to 375 degrees F. 2. Place frozen potatoes in basket. Lower into shortening and fry until desired color results (approx. 3 minutes) or until golden brown. 3. Drain and season to taste. Skillet. 1. Melt shortening to cover bottom of skillet. 2. When shortening is hot, add frozen potatoes. 3. Turn frequently until potatoes are golden brown.
