Directions

1. In a small pot, bring 6 cups of salted water to a rolling boil. 2. Reduce heat to a simmer and add Banza. 3. Cook to desired firmness, stirring occasionally. Approx. 5 minutes. Expect some foam. 4. Drain using a fine mesh strainer and rinse. 5. Return to pot, fluff with fork and enjoy!
