Instructions for Use: Place food in base or directly on cutting board. Hold soft hand grips on side with one hand while pressing down on plunger with other hand. Continue chopping until desired food texture is achieved. Instructions for cleaning: Carefully remove bottom see-through container and white blade template by turning clockwise. The two halves of the chopping cylinder swing open to allow for easy cleaning of blades. Extend blades under running water, and wash them thoroughly with mild soap. Let all parts dry completely before reassembling and storing.
