It’s amazingly creamy and fruity on the plate with hints of artichoke throughout. A clean finish makes it perfect for finishing for soups, salads and grilling of all kinds. Sediments occur naturally. Our family has been farming organically for over thirty years, since 1983. So when we planted our olives there was no question they would be organic as well.
