Heat thoroughly. Product Instructions: Microwave Oven: Remove meal from box and pierce film over each compartment to vent. Heat on high for 3 minutes. Remove film, stir product and recover. Heat an additional 1-2 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 degrees F. Product will be hot so handle carefully! Let stand for 2 minutes. Stir and enjoy! Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove meal from box and peel off film. Heat on baking sheet in center of oven, stirring occasionally, for 40 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 degrees F. Product will be hot so handle carefully! Let stand for 2 minutes. Stir and enjoy! Allow food to cool before eating. Do not prepare in toaster oven. Food Safety & Quality: Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Microwave directions developed with 1100-watt microwave ovens.
