Heating Instructions: Keep refrigerated or frozen until ready to use. Microwave from frozen. Microwave times and temperatures may vary slightly. 1. Remove plastic film. 2. Poke holes in bag. 3-a. Cover with paper towel; heat for 7 minutes. 3-b. Rotate container heat for 5-6 minutes 4. Remove and let stand for 1 minute. Oven: Thaw in refrigerator first 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (convection oven not recommended). 2. Remove plastic film. 3. Open bag & pour contents into an oven safe tray. 4. Heat for 30-35 minutes (while sauce heats, baste meatballs with sauce a few times). Stove top. Thaw in refrigerator first. 1. Remove plastic film 2. Open bag & pour contents into pot. 3. Cover and cook on medium for 15 minutes 4. Lower heat, remove cover and cook for 5 minutes. Keep frozen
