Two Patties: Cook patties at 375 degrees F for 7 to 11 minutes, flipping once halfway through cooking. Microwave (1100 Watt). One Patty: Place patty on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high for 45 to 50 seconds. Two Patties: Place patties on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high for 1 minute 15 seconds to 1 minute 30 seconds. 165 degrees F.
