Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Uncooked: For safety, must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a thermometer. Cooking Instructions: Conventional/Toaster Oven: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Place tenders in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, turning tenders over halfway through cooking time to ensure internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F, measured by use of a thermometer. Deep Fry (Preferred Method): Heat oil to 350 degrees F. Fry frozen tenders 4 to 6 minutes to ensure internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F, measured by use of a thermometer. Appliances vary. Air Fry: Set air fryer to 380 degrees F. Arrange tenders in a single layer in fryer basket. Cook for 11 minutes. Flip chicken tenders over. Continue cooking for 10 minutes longer or until desired crispness. Remove from air fryer and let stand 5 minutes before serving. Internal temperature should reach 165 degrees F, measured by use of a thermometer. Cooking times approximate. Appliances vary. Keep frozen. Tear to open.
