For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Cook patties from frozen state for best results. Outdoor Grill: Preheat gas grill at 350 degrees F or when charcoal turns white. Cook frozen patty 6 to 9 minutes on one side or until the juices come to the surface. Turn and cook 4 to 6 minutes or until 160 internal temperature. In the Frying Pan: Place frozen patty in pre-heated fry pan over medium-high heat and cook 5 minutes then turn and cook for 3 minutes or until 160 degrees F internal temperature. Under the Broiler: Cook frozen patty in pre-heated broiler for 8 minutes or until 160 degrees F internal temperature. This is an uncooked product. Cook to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F and until juices are no longer red. Keep frozen.
