Preparation: Defrost in refrigerator before use. Between 32 - 39.2 degrees F (0 - 4 degrees C). Heat the product to consume it. All cooking times are approximate and vary depending on the model of appliance used. Microwave: Remove from the outer box and, without removing the product from the inner packaging, fold the 4 corners over the slits (so that it can turn in the microwave) and then place it in the microwave oven. Heat at maximum power for 4:00 minutes. Once hot, leave it to rest and then remove the plastic cover before serving. Frying Pan: Add a few drops of extra virgin olive oil into the pan, and heat up to the medium-highest setting. Remove the tortilla from inner pack and place in pan. Cook for 2 minutes on first side, flip, and cook for another 2 minutes. If a creamier texture is desired, reduce cooking time to 1:30 minutes per side. Oven: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Remove the pack and place on baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Storage: Ultra-frozen product. Store at less than -0.4 degrees F (less than -18 less than C). Defrost in refrigerator between 32-39.2 degrees F (0 degrees C -4 degrees C) for 24 hours. Once thawed, eat before 5 days.
