Preparation: Empty contents into top portion of double boiler. Add 2 quarts (1 tubful, to fill line) whole milk. Heat to 170 degrees F-180 degrees F while stirring gently with a spoon or wire whip. Hold 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 150 degrees F-160 degrees F until served. Cook thoroughly. For food safety and quality follow these cooking instructions for institutional use only. Keep frozen. Keep at 0 degrees F or below.
