Soak produce in 3 easy steps. Soak directions: use Fit on all fresh produce. 1. Pour: pour 1 capful of Fit for every 1/2 gallon of water to make solution. Make enough solution to completely cover produce. 2. Soak: soak produce in Fit solution for 2-3 minutes. Rub or swish, as needed. 3. Rinse: rinse under running water. Use a colander or strainer for smaller produce. Spray produce in 3 easy steps. Spray directions: use Fit on all fresh produce. 1. Spray: spray to completely cover produce. 2. Rub: rub for about 20 seconds. For hard to rub produce, let sit for 2-3 minutes. 3. Rinse: rinse under running water. See the difference vs. water alone! What you do: 1. Take a head of broccoli and cut it in half. 2. Fill two large bowls with 1/2 gallon of water each. Add one capful of Fit to one of the bowls. 3. Take one half head of broccoli and place in the Fit bowl. Place the other half in the water howl. 4. Let broccoli soak for 2-3 minutes. Rinse under running water.
