Bake: SERVING DIRECTIONS TO HEAT • Remove ham from the package and place in a baking pan with 2-inch sides. • Add ? cup water to the pan. • Cover pan securely with nonstick foil. • Bake at 325°F for 20–25 minutes per pound or until the thickest portion of the ham is warm. • Let ham rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing. Optimum serving temperature for ham is 135°–140°F. Ready To Eat: SERVING DIRECTIONS This Cure 81® ham is fully cooked and is delicious served cold. Simply remove ham from the wrapper, place on platter and serve. Keep refrigerated.
