Safe Handling Instructions This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Cooking Instruction: Preparation: 1. Remove pork from package and pat dry with a paper towel. Lightly coat pork with olive oil and season as desired. Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Place pork in an uncovered roasting pan. Cook approximately 20 to 27 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F in the thickest part of the meat. 3. Remove from oven and allow to rest at least 3 minutes. Grill:1. Preheat grill to medium-high (450 degrees F). 2. Place pork on grill and cook approximately 15 to 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F in the thickest part of the meat 3. Remove from grill and allow to rest at least 3 minutes. Keep refrigerated.
