Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Smoker Instructions: Heat smoker to 250 degrees F. Add the ribs and smoke for 3.5 hours to achieve the correct texture. Tightly wrap the ribs in foil and smoke for an additional 1 hour or until ribs are fall off the bone tender. Remove ribs from the smoker and let so adjust cooking times accordingly. Oven Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Tightly wrap ribs in foil and cook for 2 hours to get the right tenderness. Remove foil and cook for an additional 5 - 10 minutes to brown. Remove ribs from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Ovens vary Keep refrigerated - May be frozen.
