Cooking Instructions: Stove Top/Grill: 1. Preheat skillet to medium-high heat. 2. Add 1 tsp oil or preheat grill to medium-high heat. 3. Cook chops in a covered skillet or on grill for 8-9 minutes. 4. Flip. 5. Cook an additional 8-9 minutes, or until product reaches 145 degrees F on a meat thermometer. Remove from heat, rest 3 minutes. Cook thoroughly. For food safety, cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Perishable. Keep refrigerated.
