Cook for 8-12 minutes, rotating in pan every 3-4 minutes, until it reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees F in the thickest Part as measured by a Food thermometer. Grill: 1. Place product on grill preheated to medium heat. 2. Cook for 18-22 minutes, rotating every 3-4 minutes, until it reaches an Internal temperature of 160 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer.
