Cook an additional 8-9 minutes, until internal product temperature reaches 145 degrees F on a meat thermometer. Remove from heat, rest 3 minutes. Cook thoroughly. For food safety, cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Perishable. Keep refrigerated.
