Heating Directions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Remove ham from package. Score top of ham in diamond pattern. Rub scored ham with brown sugar and place in a shallow foil-covered roasting pan. Tent ham with aluminum foil. Bake for 15 minutes per pound. Prepare glaze by placing brown sugar, honey mustard, honey and spices in a sauce pan and warm on stove on low heat until melted. With 15 minutes remaining, brush ham with glaze and finish cooking uncovered. For a flavor variation, baste ham with a can of cola or ginger ale during cooking. Ham is fully cooked. Do not overheat. Keep refrigerated below 40 degrees F at all times. Proper Handling Procedures: Store at 28 degrees - 36 degrees F or in your refrigerator meat drawer for optimum freshness. Once opened, use within 5 days or freeze. After opening, overwrap unused portion with film and refrigerate. Slice in this direction. Once opened, use within 5 days or freeze.
