Cooking Directions: Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). 2. Arrange on metal baking pan. 3. Bake 22-24 minutes total*. Flip after 12 minutes. *Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F (75 degrees C) or higher before serving. Uncooked. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Although great care is taken to remove bones, some may remain. Keep frozen.
