About Us: DeLand Bakery started in 1989 as a small pastry shop in downtown DeLand, Florida. We have grown over the years and now make lots of specialty baked goods including Organic, Gluten Free, Vegan, and All-Natural certified Breads, Bagels, Buns, Granolas, Cookies, Cakes, Muffins, Pastries and more in our 42,000 square foot facility. Although the Bakery has grown over the years, we are still family owned and operated, we mill our own millet hour, chop our raw ingredients, and keep our own bee hives for the honey we use in our recipes. One of our passions is preserving the honey bee. We have over 4,000 hives in central Florida where our bees pollinate and produce honey from a variety of pesticide-free farms. The honey is used to naturally sweeten the very granola you are holding! We take pride in our mission of providing nutritious baked goods, using simple wholesome ingredients, and Supporting individuals who have allergies and dietary restrictions.
