Heating Instructions: Microwave: Thawed: Remove sleeve. Lift corner of film to vent. Place tray in microwave and heat on high for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes, until the center of dish reaches 165 degrees F. Carefully remove film, stir the contents and let stand for 2 minutes. Frozen: Remove sleeve. Lift corner of film to vent. Place tray in microwave and heat on high for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes, until the center of dish reaches 165 degrees F. Carefully remove film, stir the contents and let stand for 2 minutes. Oven: Thawed: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove sleeve. Lift corner of film to vent, place tray on baking sheet. Place baking sheet on center rack of oven. Heat for 17 to 19 minutes, until the center of dish reaches 165 degrees F. Carefully remove tray from the oven. Let the product stand for 2 to 3 minutes. Frozen: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove sleeve and film from the tray, place tray on baking sheet. Place baking sheet on center rack of oven. Heat for 23 to 25 minutes, until the center of dish reaches 165 degrees F. Carefully remove tray from the oven. Let the product stand for 3 to 4 minutes. Caution: Tray and contents will be hot. Appliances and cooking times may vary. Perishable. Keep refrigerated or frozen.
