Add dumplings and cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat, turning them often until they are golden-brown. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add 1/2 cup water to pan. Cover and simmer for about 7 minutes. Steam: Bring the water to a boil in the steamer. Scatter the dumplings over a perforated. pan leaving space between them. Place the pan in the steamer and cover it. Steam for about 12 minutes. Air Fry: Spray oll on the cooking surface. Place dumplings in the air fryer and heat at 375 degrees/190 degrees for about 10 minutes. Dumplings should be crispy and golden-brown. Keep frozen.
