Ingredients: tortillas + 2 cups shredded chicken or any protein + 1 pouch simmer sauce + monterey jack or cheddar cheese + toppings. Instructions: 1. Prep: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. As oven heats, warm tortillas on stovetop or in a microwave, wrapping them in a damp paper towel and heating for 30 seconds. 2. Assemble: Add a spoonful of shredded chicken and/or shredded cheese into each tortilla and roll tortilla up. Place side-by-side in a baking dish, seam side down. Completely cover tortillas with Somos Green Enchilada Sauce and top with more cheese. 3. Bake: Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melty. Top with your favorite toppings like Somos Salsa Macha Mexican Chili Crisp, sour cream, cilantro & anything else! Perfect for chicken, steak & more. Also great in a crockpot!
