Prep & Cooking Directions: Soak or Boil: Cover in cold water overnight -12hrs or boil 1C beans in 8C of water on high for -2 min. If Boiling Remove from heat, cover, let stand for -4 hrs, then drain & rinse. Cook add 8C of water to 1C beans & simmer on low for -1 hr or until tender. Ready to serve drain, then season with salt & pepper to taste!
