Prep & Cooking Directions: Soak or Boil: cover in cold water overnight ~12hrs or boil 1C beans in 4C of water on high for ~2 min. If Boiling: remove from heat, cover, let stand for 2 hrs, then drain & rinse. Cook: add 8C of water to 1C beans & simmer on low for ~1 hr or until tender. Ready to Serve: drain, then season with salt & pepper to taste!
