Prep & Cooking Directions: Soak or Boil: Cover in cold water overnight - 12 hrs or boil 1C beans in 4C of water on high for 2 min. If Boiling: Remove from heat, cover, let stand for 2 hrs, then drain & rinse. Cook: Add 8C of water to 1C beans & simmer on low for -1 hr or until tender. Ready to Serve: Drain, then season with salt & pepper to taste!
