Handling Instructions for Flavor Right Desert and Pastry Toppings: 1. Thaw individual bags or case at refrigerated temperatures. 2. Tear bag on indicated line, make sure tip is in downwards position, if not, gently turn tip making sure not to puncture bag. 3. Push tip into place or squeeze to position tip. 4. Grasp bag seal on top and gently twist for holding. 5. When not using, place overcap over tip to prevent contamination of product (caps enclosed in case). 6. Avoid excessive heat to product by overhandling. 7. After use always keep product refrigerated. Thawing: Thaw product at 38 degrees F-40 degrees F. Do not thaw at room temperature. Approximate thaw time: 1 bag 8 hours at 38 degrees F. 12 count case 72 hours at 38 degrees F. Perishable. Keep refrigerated. Storage: Store frozen until ready to use 0 degrees F. Thawed/refrigerated 30 degrees F-40 degrees F. Do not refreeze. Shelf life: 1 year frozen, 14 days thawed/refrigerated.
